Download the App , register and insert a credit card.

Are you already at the Cycle-Station? Click "Rent a Vehicle" to open the SCAN to frame the QRCODE of the EBIKE. Click on the "Start Rental" button, accept the Rate and General Terms and Conditions of the Service. The Cycle-Station is unlocking the EBIKE, take it out and drive carefully.

Want to make a stop? Park the EBike in an area permitted by law. Always close the electro-mechanical lock (Smart Lock) on the rear wheel by pushing the steel ring by hand until it locks. Remember that charging does not stop while you are parked. To unlock the Smart Lock, in the App click on the EBike icon, from the menu choose unlock with internet or bluetooth mode.

How to close the rental session? Bring the EBIKE back to a Cycle-Station, push it inside a station, make sure that the locking mechanism blocks it. The rental session has closed automatically. Check from the APP anyway.

The service is active 24/7. Please note, the End of Rental time is set at 3.00 AM of the following day, consult the Rates Section in the APP.

How to book a bike

while going to a Cycle-Station On the main page of the APP, click "Search for a vehicle". On the Map, choose the EBIKE and click "Book" The APP informs you: EBIKE ID, distance from the EBIKE, residual validity time of the reservation. Were you too far away? Has the reservation expired? Simple, make your reservation again! Did you arrive on time at the EBIKE? Click "Start Rental", accept the Rate and the General Terms and Conditions of the Service. The Cycle-Station is unlocking the EBIKE, take it out! Drive carefully and respect the law.

for the next day or for any other date, even for several days On the main page of the APP click "Book" Click "Choose a Place" or the Cycle-Station where you want to pick up the EBIKE, select Click "Choose a Vehicle" or the model Select the EBIKE you want to pick up. Click "Choose the Dates" select the Start Date and the End Date of the booking, "confirm" Check the booking details and the Applied Rate, click "Book" authorizing the prepayment The EBIKE is booked for you from 00.01 on the Start Date to 23.59 on the Booking End Date. At 00.01 of the Start Date the APP will inform you of the ID of the assigned EBIKE. The EBIKE is assigned exclusively to you, no one else can unlock it, pick up the EBIKE at the time you want, without stress. When you are close to the EBIKE assigned to you, simply click "Start Rental" The Cycle-Station is unlocking the EBIKE, take it out! Drive carefully and respect the law.

Remember! you can recharge the EBIKE at any Cycle-Station. the EBIKE will remain assigned exclusively to you until 11.59 pm on the Booking End Date. Only you can unlock it.
Remember!! If you will use the EBIKE in a cycle tour far from Caorle, contact ASSISTANCE before the Start Date. You will thus be able to collect a convenient external charger and you will be able to release the battery from the EBIKE frame.
