Rent a Bike
Download the App , register and insert a payment card
Click on "Rent a vehicle" and scan the QR code on the station or on the electronic lock.
Do you want to stop? Park the bike in a permitted area. Close the Smartlock on the rear wheel by pushing the steel ring until it locks with your hand. Remember that charging does not stop during parking. To unlock the Smartlock, in the App click on the vehicle icon, from the menu choose Bluetooth or internet mode.
Do you want to close the rental session? Simply insert the City Bike into the Station. The rental will close automatically. However, check the closure on the App.
Are you looking for a station? In the App click "Search" and you will view the stations closest to you.
