Click on "Rent a bike" and scan the QRcode on the station or on the electronic lock.

Park the e-City Bike in a permitted area, Close the Smartlock on the rear wheel by pushing the steel ring with your hand until it locks. Remember that pricing is not interrupted during the stop. To unlock the Smartlock, in the App click on the vehicle icon, from the menu choose the bluetooth or internet mode.

The service is active 24/7

Do you want to end the rental session?
Simply insert the City Bike into the Station. The rental will close automatically. However, check the closure on the App.

If the stalls are all full you can park your bike next to the station :
close the Smart Lock
Then click on "End Rental"
