Welcome to the MS Energy Rent app, the innovative inductive charging e-bike sharing system, perfect for those who want to get around the city without polluting. To pick up a vehicle, download the app and register:
Rent a bike
Download the App , register and insert a payment card
Click on "Rent a vehicle" and scan the QR code on the station or on the electronic padlock.
Are you looking for a station? In the App click "Search" and you will see the stations closest to you. To book a rental, click on a "Station" icon then click "Book". The reservation is valid for a few minutes. When you arrive at the reserved Bike, click "Start" and remove the vehicle from the Station.
Want to make a stop? Park the bike in a permitted area, Close the Smartlock on the rear wheel by pushing the steel ring by hand until it locks. Remember that charging does not stop while you are parked. To unlock the Smartlock, click on the vehicle icon in the App, choose bluetooth or internet mode from the menu.
Do you want to close the rental session? Simply insert the City Bike into the Station. The rental will close automatically. However, check the closure on the App. Is there no room in the station? Park the bike next to the station, close the padlock and click the "End of rental" app button Remember: activate the GPS on your smartphone before ending the session!
