Download the App, register and insert a credit / debit card.

Looking for a station? In the App click "Search" and you will see the stations closest to you. To book a rental, click on a "City Bike" icon then click "Book". The reservation is valid for 10 minutes. When you arrive at the booked City Bike, click "Start" and remove the City Bike from the Station.

Are you already close to a Station? Choose a City Bike, check the charge level. In the App click "Rent" and the scanner will open. Scan the QR code of the Station and take out the City Bike.
The rate is € 0.50 per outlet + € 0.07 per minute. The maximum daily rate is € 29.00. Parking Terme Merano customers are entitled to the -25% PROMO. To take advantage of the PROMO it is necessary to have a parking ticket in progress, click on the “Promo” App and scan the ticket.

Do you want to take a break? Park the City Bike in a permitted area, Close the Smartlock on the rear wheel by pushing the steel ring with your hand until it locks. Remember that pricing is not interrupted during the stop. To unlock the Smartlock, in the App click on the lock icon, from the menu choose the bluetooth or internet mode.

Do you want to close the rental session? Simply insert the City Bike into the Station. The rental will close automatically. However, check the closure on the App.

Looking for a station? In the App click "Search" and you will see the stations closest to you. To book a rental, click on a “Mobility Scooter” icon then click “Book”. The reservation is valid for 10 minutes. When you arrive at the Mobility Scooter booked, click "Start" and pull out the plug of the Mobility Scooter from the Station. The engine is already running. Remember that for the Highway Code the Mobility Scooter, as a Health Device, is equivalent to a pedestrian and can only circulate where a pedestrian can circulate. Be cautious and on pavements, in crowded contexts, limit your speed with the appropriate regulator on the handlebar.
