Rent a Mobility Scooter
Download the App , register and insert a payment card
Looking for a station? In the App click "Search" and you will see the stations closest to you. To book a rental, click on a “Mobility Scooter” icon then click “Book”. The reservation is valid for a few minutes. When you arrive at the Mobility Scooter booked, click "Start" and remove the plug of the Mobility Scooter from the Station. The engine is already running. Remember:for the Highway Code the Mobility Scooter, as a Health Device, is equated to a pedestrian and can only circulate where a pedestrian can circulate. Be cautious and on pavements, in crowded contexts, limit your speed with the appropriate regulator on the handlebar.
Are you already close to a Station? Choose a Mobility Scooter, check the charge level. In the App click "Rent" and the scanner will open. Scan the QR code on the side of the Mobility Scooter and pull the vehicle plug out of the Station. The engine is already running. Remember:for the Highway Code the Mobility Scooter, as a Health Device, is equated to a pedestrian and can only circulate where a pedestrian can circulate. Be cautious and on pavements, in crowded contexts, limit your speed with the appropriate regulator on the handlebar.
Do you want to take a break? Park the Mobility Scooter in a permitted area, lock the Mobility Scooter in the App by clicking on the lock icon. Remember:charging is not interrupted during the stop. To restart the Mobility Scooter, in the App click again on the lock icon, from the menu choose the bluetooth or internet mode.
Do you want to close the rental session? Simply plug the Mobility Scooter into a Station. The engine will automatically shut off and the rental will be closed. However, check the closure on the App.
