Rent a Bike

Download the App , register and insert a credit or debit card.
If you are already at the Piazza V. Veneto or Ecopark cycle-station or in the Porto Santa Margherita parking area , click "Rent" and then on Qrcode and scan the QRCODE on the padlock on the rear wheel of the bike. After viewing the Rate and accepting the General Terms and Conditions of the Service, the bike will unlock from the station or the rear lock will open. Get on your bike and drive carefully.
Are you looking for a Cycle-itinerary? Click on the "Map" icon, the Cycle-Itineraries next to your position will be activated. NB This service will be activated from March 2023.

  • On tap (first 60min. included): €3.00
  • Every two minutes (from the 60th minute): €0.05
  • Daily rate (maximum cost): € 30.00
Want to make a stop? Park your bike in an area permitted by law. Always close the padlock on the rear wheel by pushing the steel ring by hand until it locks. Remember that charging does not stop while you are parked. To unlock the lock in the App, click on the bicycle icon. A menu will open with the button to unlock the bicycle using bluetooth or by connecting via the internet.
How to close the rental session? Return the bicycle to a cycle station, push it inside a free station, make sure that the locking mechanism locks it. The rental session has closed automatically. Check from the APP anyway.
If you are in Porto Santa Margherita or if there is no space in the stations, park the bike next to the station, close the padlock and click the "End of rental" button in the app.
Remember to activate the GPS on your smartphone before ending the session!
The service is active 24/7. Please note, the End of Rental time is set at 3.00 AM of the following day, consult the Rates Section in the APP.
